Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh stands at the vanguard of India's transformative digital infrastructure paradigm, wielding more than three decades of multidimensional expertise spanning digital connectivity infrastructure, telecommunications, energy and power, energy storage, EV charging infrastructure, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. As Director General of the Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA), he functions as the apex thought architect and strategic interlocutor for India's digital infrastructure ecosystem, enabling the nationwide 5G deployment of all leading telecom operators — Airtel, Vi, Jio and BSNL — while catalysing policy innovation and crafting the visionary frameworks that define how India conceptualises, constructs, energises and future-proofs its digital infrastructure.

Mr. Singh serves as the strategic channel for high-impact, cross-sectoral convergence across India's institutional architecture, functioning as the pivotal bridge between the Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Power, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, MNRE, Ministry of Defence, Indian Railways, Ministry of Heavy Industries, MSDE and MeitY, alongside regulatory authorities, statutory bodies, state governments and industry coalitions.

Mr. Singh's perspective is informed by deep, on-ground leadership experience from his 16-year tenure at Indus Towers, one of the world's largest telecom tower companies, where he held various leadership roles at the intersection of regulation, technology, sustainability and CSR — connecting business imperatives to societal impact while driving large-scale infrastructure operations. His contributions to sector-wide reforms and long-term sustainability integration have equipped him with a unique capacity to synthesise policy intent with ground-level implementation realities, positioning digital infrastructure as a foundational enabler of economic growth, a catalyst for energy transition, a pillar of national security, and a gateway to emerging technologies that impact positively on citizens at every level of society.
